Post Mortem evaluation of Aborted: Strychnine.213
Preliminary evaluation:
The body was in a highly decomposed state with blood stained putrefactive discharge emitting from nose, mouth, ears, and anus.
Severe soft tissue injuries abound. Death by physical violence is suspected.
Numerous teeth missing. Upper jaw has 8 teeth remaining. Lower jaw retained 3.
Several large burns cover various areas of body.
Cardiovascular system
Heart bears evidence of hypertrophy, valvular, and congenital abnormalities. Coronary arteries are enlarged due to abnormal origin and distribution. Aorta damaged due to severe arteriosclerosis.
Respiratory system
Larynx, trachea and bronchi show sufficient evidence of trauma and inflammation.
Digestive system
Large and small intestines missing significant portions, apparently pulled from body through numerous abdominal stabwounds. Stomach remains intact and contained approximately 1 lb. of Strychnos Nux Vomica seeds.
Reproductive system
Kidneys show no evidence of trauma. Bladder and urinary tract missing. Genitalia unidentifiable as such due to significant alteration.
Conclusion:
Pending toxicology report results.

Alkaloids- Positive
Amphetamines-Positive
Barbiturates- Negative
Cannabinoids- Negative
Non Opiate Narcotic Analgesics- Positive
Conclusion:
It is my professional opinion that a single cause of death cannot be pinpointed because of the extent of body sytems damage sustained. It is apparent that the victim has been violently incised with various sharp point tools similar to “I35” and ruthlessly beaten with blunt force edges such as “Enterrement of An Idol”, “Hereditary Band”, and “Ophiolatry”. Severe burns caused by “The Chyme Congeries”. The victim most likely experienced emotional and respiratory ascension during “Carrion” and “Avarice of Vilification”. Failure of systems preceeded by “A Murmur In Decrepit Wits”, “Pestiferous Subterfuge”, and “The Obfuscate”. Due to extensive physical trauma and presence of high concentrations of controlled and psychoactive substances, time of death cannot be concluded. However, the ingestion of Nux Vomica seeds appears to have occured post-physical injury, and peak blood levels of what was left circulating would have shut down any remaining functioning systems at once.
